A mix of Chef James Haller's all time favorite bread and soup recipes! This is sure to be an eventful night full of good stories, laughter, and AMAZING food! Learn the ancient art of an assortment of recipes for bread making, and the delicious, hearty soups that we love to pair with them! Students will understand the theory, ingredients, tools and baking procedures for producing a great loaf of bread. Wine Paring included. Fee per person $50.
